The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based transit planning and scheduling software platform. The solution must be browser-accessible and deliver seamless integration between planning and scheduling modules, ideally within a single unified system. The platform should be hosted by the vendor on secure, SOC-2 compliant infrastructure and offer features including auto-save, versioning, rollback functionality, and file archiving.
A key requirement is integration with Systrans Navineo for operational data retrieval to support performance improvement analysis. The system should also incorporate a bus stop infrastructure management database with robust mapping and visualization capabilities. Further, the platform must facilitate customizable planning scenarios with editable timepoints and runtimes.
Publishing shifts to transit operators should be enabled through multiple channels including website, mobile app, email, or text messaging. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
