DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide a cloud-based platform for student career assessment and labor-market insights, designed to support students, job seekers, and institutional decision makers with comprehensive data-driven tools. The platform should offer robust career assessments, real-time labor-market analytics, program-to-career mapping, and the option to integrate embeddable data widgets to enhance digital user experience.

The solution must deliver accurate career, wage, and job outlook data, empowering users to make informed educational and career decisions. This system will be hosted in the cloud and must allow automated data loading into a relational database in a non-proprietary format, with widgets and data automatically refreshing. Documentation on taxonomies, mappings, and modeling methods is required.

The platform must include a system recovery plan, policies for nightly backups, and processes for data restoration or recovery within 24 hours. Additional requirements include administrator-assigned security roles, comprehensive activity logging, multi-factor authentication, and the capability to track and display history of stored information. The projected contract period is three years.
