This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based software platform designed to support the operational, administrative, and compliance requirements of an education abroad office. The platform must facilitate comprehensive inbound and outbound education abroad program and applicant management, including features such as appointment scheduler integration, configurable application workflows with conditional logic, program capacity management, customizable forms for risk acknowledgment and program needs, and secure electronic recommendation and document collection. Role-based review and approval routing, applicant status tracking, program management tools, communication features, and both applicant and advisor dashboards are required, along with robust participation reporting metrics.

Additionally, the platform should include a dynamic online program catalog that integrates seamlessly with the existing Education Abroad website. This catalog must serve as the primary public listing for all programs, supporting search, filtering, and tagging. The system should allow real-time updates to program data without manual webpage editing, offer SEO optimization capabilities, and enable automated visibility controls based on program status. Integration with application workflows, preservation of existing URLs or a clear redirect plan, and compatibility with the current CMS structure are also essential.
