DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to design and implement a cloud-based, fully internal SharePoint environment to replace the agency’s current shared network drive. The new SharePoint system must provide secure, web-based access to organizational files, enable simultaneous document co-authoring, maintain version history, and reduce document duplication.
Key features include the use of metadata and search for improved document retrieval, and support for long-term information governance and retention. The vendor will be responsible for configuring and setting up internal SharePoint environments, migrating documents from on-premises file servers in collaboration with the agency’s IT Department, managing the migration and configuration of access groups and permissions, as well as validating security, access, and usability. Comprehensive documentation of the final SharePoint structure will also be required. All inquiries must be submitted on or before April 17, 2026.
