Mississippi's Outreach and Graduate School is seeking a qualified vendor to implement and support a cloud-based Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The project encompasses the full implementation and configuration of the Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement instance. The selected vendor will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including the setup, deployment, and migration of existing legacy data, as well as integration with current systems to ensure smooth data exchange for applicants and admitted students.
The primary objectives of this initiative are to establish a robust CRM platform that enhances student engagement, recruitment, and communication, while also improving data accuracy and operational efficiency. The vendor will provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of the CRM system to accommodate the future growth of academic programs. The contract term is set for three years. Interested parties must submit their questions by February 6, 2026.
