The State of Iowa is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based routing and fleet management software solution for its solid waste collection operations. The desired platform should offer comprehensive capabilities for solid waste routing, collection verification, and fleet video surveillance, enabling efficient and transparent service delivery.

Key requirements include a cloud-based software platform with integrated artificial intelligence for real-time collection verification and operational insights. The vendor should supply in-cab devices equipped with GPS tracking and multi-camera video recording systems. The system must support both dynamic and static route optimization for residential solid waste and leaf vacuum collection, accommodating various service frequencies and multi-day routes.
