Document management features are required, including tracking certificates of insurance, maintaining a digital document repository with Docusign-enabled capabilities, supporting ACCORD uploads, ORC scanning, and general document uploads.

Mobile and cloud capabilities are essential, with a mobile app for claim adjusters and infrastructure for secure cloud-based data storage and backup. The system must provide robust security and compliance—including data encryption, workers' compensation compliance, and audit readiness—alongside comprehensive risk assessment tools.
