DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide a cloud-based remote monitoring system with comprehensive operational and administrative support to eliminate single-thread reliance. This work includes assisting in software development, conducting server maintenance, system administration, delivering various administrative services, and providing technical support and documentation related to Remote Monitoring Services (RMS) for a global network of locations.

Responsibilities include administration of the proprietary RMS data server hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically ibbmonitor.appspot.com. Ongoing tasks involve ensuring platform sustainability on Google Cloud, updating server code for compatibility with evolving GCP requirements, and delivering technical support and maintenance for related databases and web systems such as FMDS, Schedule Manager, and Web Scheduler.

The vendor must also acquire cloud services on a reimbursable basis to supplement the support and upkeep of these remote monitoring systems.
