Cloud-Based Recreation Management Software

The client is seeking vendors to provide a cloud-based recreation management software platform. This software must support real-time internet registration and streamline the daily management of administrative tasks, such as handling program and class reservations, facility and field bookings, memberships, league scheduling, point-of-sale transactions, picnic reservations, payment processing, customized reporting, and exporting of program information for guide creation. Additional features required include the capability to upload and store Adobe documents and provide necessary professional services for implementation and user training.

Preference will be given to mature, proven content management systems (CMS) that are widely recognized and can support multiple secure functions. The software should be reliable, secure, and robust, aligning with industry standards and best practices. The platform must be cloud-based (software as a service) and must offer integration options with other software—such as CRM and website interfaces—via API or similar methods. Full audit trails for transaction tracking and compatibility with industry standard touch screen computers, bar code scanners, cash drawers, programmable keyboards or keypads, magnetic stripe readers, customer displays, mobile smartphones, tablets, and other peripheral hardware are essential.
