The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based recreation management software platform. The solution will facilitate the management of recreation program registrations, facility reservations, point-of-sale transactions, memberships, reporting, and financial reconciliation. Key system requirements include integrated payment and refund processing, transparent and fixed pricing options, robust reporting capabilities, auto-payment functionality, and chargeback management.

The software must support multiple digital payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ACH transfers. It should offer comprehensive administrative support for facilities, programs, classes, events, and related services. Essential features include inventory management, barcode/ticket creation and scanning, flexible pricing and discounts, account-linked transactions, automated inventory updates, analytics, and admissions processing.

Additionally, the platform is expected to enhance the customer experience, streamline internal workflows, and improve overall recreation service delivery. Security measures such as encrypted, mobile-friendly web access, customizable branding, and integrated analytics are required. The initial contract term will be four years.
