Vendor must provide Rapid Identity subscription licensing, support, and entitlements for up to a five-year term.
Provide continued access to Rapid Identity licensing and cloud platforms.
Provide access to upgrades and new releases.
Provide annual license true-up adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all Rapid Identity licensing terms.
Pricing must include specific SKUs and quantities: 2025 Authentication (6,000), Workflow (6,000), Lifecycle (6,000), Advanced+ Support (1), Connect Certification (2).
Acknowledge reading and understanding the Special Conditions.
Comply with Texas Education Code 44.031, Texas Government Code 2269, 2254, and LSC Policy III.D.
Bidder must be authorized to bind the company to the terms and conditions.
Deliveries must include transportation costs F.O.B. destination.
Drop shipments must be labeled with a Lone Star College System purchase order number.
Provide current insurance coverage for General Liability, Workman's Compensation, Employer's Liability, Automobile Liability, and Excess Liability.
Name Lone Star College as Certificate Holder and additional insured after board approval.
Submit at least three references from companies or school systems (other than LSCS) for similar products.
Comply with required contract provisions for non-federal entity contracts under federal awards Appendix II to 2 CFR Part 200 if federal funds are used.
Complete Texas Ethics Commission's Form 1295 if awarded and applicable.
Agree to Lone Star College System General Terms and Conditions.
Proposers must not contact any other System employee, Board Trustee member, or System consultant during the RFP process without prior approval.
Prices submitted for line items must include Delivery Charges FOB Lone Star College.
Agree to the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Submit a Non-Collusion Statement.
Provide Felony Conviction Notification if applicable.
Acknowledge the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (Form CIQ).
