The vendor is required to provide a cloud-based rail asset monitoring platform to enhance the visibility, reliability, and performance of rail infrastructure and rolling stock assets. This solution should feature a centralized platform for monitoring all critical rail assets with real-time visibility into their condition and operational performance.

The platform must support predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned outages and improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
