The State of Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based radiology mammography tracking software solution. The selected provider will deliver a software package that supports a minimum of three concurrent users and offers implementation, planning, configuration, interfacing, and project management services.
The software must enable comprehensive patient record maintenance, including demographics, contact information, and medical history. It should track prior mammograms and imaging history, log each mammogram performed with details such as date, type (screening vs. diagnostic), and findings, and monitor the status of follow-up actions. Additionally, the system must provide role-based access control for different user types such as technologists, radiologists, and administrative staff.
This opportunity is a total small business set-aside.
