Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
California's design and development department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, install, and configure a comprehensive cloud-based project management software solution. The selected software should support project tracking, scheduling, and budget maintenance, while allowing robust reporting capabilities. Additionally, the system should be configurable to align with the department's specific workflow requirements.
The vendor will be responsible for supplying unlimited software licenses to accommodate all county staff, consultants, and external stakeholders who require access. Responsibilities also include complete installation of the software, setup of all necessary server components and databases, integration with existing systems, and full configuration of user environments. Customization of the platform to match the department’s project management and approval workflows, including configuration of fields, forms, dashboards, and approval routing, is required.
The contract is expected to span two years. Vendors are invited to attend an optional pre-bid meeting and must submit any questions by the specified deadline.
