The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to deliver a cloud-based project management and workflow software solution. The software must provide a user-friendly and intuitive interface for both front-end users and administrators, and support the creation, management, and tracking of projects through multiple phases and tasks. Essential features include defining task dependencies, setting deadlines, managing priorities, tracking status, and providing a mobile-friendly or mobile-accessible experience.
The solution should support file sharing with version control and commenting functionalities, as well as workflow-triggered notifications and reminders to streamline communication and accountability. Customizable reporting must be available by project, team, or timeframe. Role-based access control and the capacity to assign permissions by project, team, or function are required. Additionally, compatibility with common productivity tools is essential for seamless integration with existing workflows.
The contract for this project will have a duration of one year. All vendor inquiries regarding the requirements must be submitted by January 23, 2026.
