The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based poll worker management software solution. This software must offer a secure, web-accessible platform that supports multi-user access with role-based permissions for both county election staff and local jurisdiction staff. Accessibility via tablets and smartphones is essential, and the system should feature real-time data synchronization across all modules, as well as integration capabilities with existing county systems.

Key features should include comprehensive recruitment and application management tools such as an online application portal, background check integration, and workflows for tracking application statuses. The software is also expected to provide robust training administration, supporting both online course delivery and in-person class registration and attendance tracking.

To enhance communication and outreach, the system must include tools for mass messaging via email, SMS, and voice calls, as well as targeted messaging based on various criteria. Tracking and reporting of communication histories, along with a two-way communication portal for poll worker inquiries, are required.
