Westchester County Clerk
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A New York agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, install, and maintain a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system for processing various payment types from customers. The POS solution must adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Robust security is required, with encryption for sensitive payment data both during transmission and while stored.
The system should support API integration for seamless connectivity with existing County Clerk applications built using Microsoft .NET technologies, enabling data synchronization for payment history, transaction records, and user information. Additionally, the POS must accommodate integration with third-party payment processors, support mobile payments (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), and process EMV-compliant credit and debit cards. The vendor's solution should feature an intuitive user interface designed for ease of use by both clerks and customers, including mobile-optimized online payment interfaces accessible across phones, tablets, and desktops.
Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted by February 13, 2026.
