The vendor will provide a comprehensive software as a service (SaaS) platform for pharmacy staff scheduling, ensuring continuous, secure, and reliable access for all authorized users. The solution must deliver all application functionalities through a hosted cloud-based environment, guaranteeing platform availability at all times.
In addition to seamless scheduling features, the vendor will maintain 24/7/365 platform uptime and offer unlimited technical support during regular business hours. Emergency-only support must be available outside of standard hours to address any critical issues. The platform should meet the performance and reliability needs of pharmacy operations within New Jersey.
