A government entity in Alberta, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based permit and inspection digital solution. The desired system must deliver a modern, out-of-the-box platform that automates workflows, increases transparency, and streamlines information sharing for both businesses and residents. Key requirements include fully digitized file management that integrates with existing systems, automated workflows, and tools that enhance cross-department collaboration.

The solution should offer an intuitive experience for applicants and builders, enabling streamlined permit processing, comprehensive inspection scheduling, and robust record management. Features must also include validated data entry, standardized forms, and modules for land use and safety codes compliance and enforcement. An integrated business licensing and renewal capability, advanced reporting with analytics and dashboards, and the ability for users to print outputs to a virtual print service are required.
