A Connecticut university seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive web and cloud-based parking management software solution. The system must integrate with the university's existing infrastructure and software applications, with a preference for solutions requiring minimal customization and allowing for platform branding. Key features should include management of permit waitlists with automated notifications and workflows, robust dashboard and ad-hoc reporting for permits, citations, revenue, enforcement, and compliance, as well as capabilities for importing and exporting data to university systems such as student information and financial systems.

The proposed software must support integration with university-approved payment platforms for both point-of-sale and online transactions, accommodate multiple payment methods, batch payment imports, and customer payment plans. Functionality should also encompass citation management, including payment acceptance, billing, exportation to third-party collections, and integration with boot and tow services. The solution must provide mobile enforcement tools compatible with university platforms, as well as integration with GIS data for location tracking and enforcement activities.

Additional requirements include support for permit inventory, fulfillment, billing, and revenue reporting, and the ability for permit holders to update their vehicle registration information. Vendors are expected to offer user support through training modules, live support, and hands-on sessions led by software specialists. The contract term is five years.
