DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to implement a fully cloud-based parking guidance system for two downtown parking areas. The required system should be accessible via both web browsers and mobile devices, ensuring convenient access for users seeking parking information.

This solution must include flush-mounted parking sensors on streets and paved lots to deliver real-time data to end-users through a mobile app and digital matrix signs strategically located at key locations. The web-based dashboard should support real-time monitoring and reporting on critical metrics such as peak occupancy, total occupancy, dwell time, turnover, and length of stay.

The guidance system is expected to aggregate real-time occupancy data with an intelligent transportation system, enabling motorists to locate unoccupied parking spaces efficiently and thereby maximize space usage and city revenue. Future integration with the agency's current enforcement software should be possible. All vendor questions are due by March 30, 2026.
