Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The client is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based parking database management tool, specifically implementing a comprehensive Permit and Enforcement Management System (PMS) to replace current software and associated hardware. The new system must maintain all existing core functions, while improving operational efficiency, increasing automation, and significantly enhancing the customer experience.
Time-saving, self-service tools are required to reduce or eliminate manual back-office processes. The platform should integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence to help staff focus on actionable items and suppress non-critical tasks. The solution must also offer technologies that reduce repetitive or time-intensive data entry for staff and improve user satisfaction by leveraging advanced AI features.
Key requirements include a fixed-camera, auto-enforcement solution for gateless environments capable of producing electronic citations for staff review without the presence of on-site parking officers. The system must also provide a robust reporting suite and possess the capacity to integrate with existing business intelligence systems such as Tableau. Additional functional areas include customer and vehicle management, online customer web portal, waitlist management, self-service permit portal for departments and third parties, visitor permit management, asset and property management, billing and invoicing, and payroll deduction management. The contract will be for a period of five years.
