The City of Missouri is seeking a vendor to implement a comprehensive cloud-based park asset reservation system. This system will facilitate the reservation of park facilities—including picnic sites, pavilions, sports fields, and event spaces—serving residents, visitors, and staff alike. The goal is to improve access, streamline reservation operations, and enhance the overall user experience by making the reservation process more convenient, transparent, and responsive.
Key requirements include an online public-facing portal accessible via desktop and mobile devices, allowing users to view real-time availability and complete reservations. The system should provide robust scheduling features with conflict prevention, secure integration for online payment processing through the PayItGov system, and support for multiple payment methods. Additional functionalities include customer management with profile histories and communication logs, automated notifications (confirmations, reminders, and cancellations) via email and SMS, and comprehensive reporting and analytics tools for tracking usage, revenue, and trends.
The solution must also offer tiered system access for staff—such as administrators, clerks, and supervisors—along with data migration services to incorporate existing reservation records. Vendor support for staff during business hours and emergency escalation procedures is required. This project is designed to ensure efficient management and equitable access to the city’s recreational assets.
