The City is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based Oracle E-Business Suite support services. The successful firm will possess extensive technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, with a demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and robust resources. Key services include comprehensive system and database administration, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and advisory support across multiple modules such as finance, human capital management, and procurement.
The project involves ongoing support for Oracle HRMS, payroll elements (earnings, deductions, leave time, and benefits), and various HRIS processes. The City requires assistance with tasks like implementing and maintaining electronic accounts payable and i-expense processes, managing year-end pay-off carryover, and updating deferred compensation in line with IRS regulations. The vendor should also have prior experience configuring payroll elements, fast formulas, leave plans, and defining flex fields and work structures (grades, jobs, assignments, positions, and locations) as per current federal and state payroll and benefits legislation.
Vendors are expected to address both planned improvements and real-time support issues as they arise, ensuring business continuity and compliance for critical City operations.
