An agency in Alberta, Canada seeks vendors to supply, implement, maintain, and support a commercial off-the-shelf cloud-based online testing software solution aligned with their recruitment processes. The solution must feature a persistent, non-removable on-screen watermark displayed throughout the test session, and it must track eye movement, background noise, and movement—including detecting extra persons present—and provide browser lockdown capabilities to prevent printing, copying, screen capture, or the use of external devices.
Required features also include robust identity verification protocols, such as capturing and storing both a government-issued photo identification and a photo of the tester for comparison. The software should offer both live or asynchronous proctoring review capabilities in addition to automated monitoring, with logs and auditable proctor alerts.
