The system must enable secure communication with other software platforms and offer robust security auditing tools to ensure data protection. Comprehensive training for administrators and users is required to be included by the provider, along with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing system improvements and enhancements to address evolving program needs.
Key features sought include custom reporting capabilities, multi-device attendance taking, and flexible parent and student management options. The system should allow parents to establish student profiles, register for programs based on age eligibility, and manage their children's participation. Administrative users must be able to easily view program capacity, manage waitlists for both families and specific days, and issue tax receipts via email. The contract for this solution will be awarded for a one-year period.
