DESCRIPTION


A higher education institution in Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based, campus-wide identification and credential management system. This system will entirely replace the existing campus card transaction infrastructure and must offer robust capabilities including credential management for both physical and digital ID cards, integration with and control of over 40 parking access gates, account management for stored value, credit, and meal plan accounts, as well as comprehensive reporting functions.

The solution must also include a customer-facing online and mobile platform for user account management, prioritizing operational efficiency, intuitive user experience, and compliance with industry standards.
