A vendor is sought to deliver a comprehensive cloud-based off-terminal truck route enforcement system for the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal. The system must enable effective enforcement of truck route regulations by monitoring trucks as they access and depart the terminal, ensuring compliance with designated routes.
The selected vendor will provide an integrated solution that includes both hardware components, such as sensors or beacons, and a robust software platform to generate real-time automated alerts and detailed reporting of non-compliance incidents. The system should support integration with a range of operating systems, internet browsers, and relevant third-party software platforms. Additional requirements include system configuration, user training, full implementation rollout, and ongoing maintenance and support services.
