The State of California is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based nutrition software solution for district-wide use. This platform must offer seamless data integration with Synergy via agent-based, credential-authorized transfer, ensuring secure and efficient synchronization of information. Real-time updates are required for both eligibility and payment or account information throughout the district, enabling up-to-date records and streamlined operations.

Key features should include an intuitive, user-friendly interface, an online parent payment system, and fully integrated financial management tools. The software must deliver real-time communication with point-of-service devices, compatibility with RocketScan for efficient application processing, and additional financial accounting functionalities. Real-time inventory tracking and the ability to generate customizable reports are also essential. The system should employ a robust household matching algorithm to improve accuracy in data handling.
