The district is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based music education platform designed to support both instrumental and vocal music instruction, including concert band, orchestra, jazz, modern band, general music, and choral settings. The platform must offer automated performance assessment with real-time feedback on pitch, rhythm, and musical accuracy.

Teachers should be able to create classes, assign repertoire and exercises, customize assessments, and manage grading entirely within the platform. The solution should feature a robust, standards-aligned digital music library with differentiated content and culturally responsive repertoire, and support secure access for students using both district-provided Chromebooks and personal or home devices.

Integration with district systems is essential, including support for Automated Rostering and Single Sign-On via Classlink, co-teacher functionality, flexible enrollment management across schools and the district office, and the ability for authorized staff to add users outside automated systems as needed. Nightly roster updates, accessible data dashboards for teachers and administrators, and features to support students with diverse learning needs are also required.

The ideal platform will be browser-accessible and compatible with Chromebooks, Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, requiring no specialized hardware beyond standard school technology. Comprehensive teacher tools, actionable reporting and analytics, professional development resources, and responsive support are expected.
