A Michigan college is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based, multi-function academic support software system. The solution must support one or more of the college’s key strategic areas, including degree audit and student planning, analytics for course demand, faculty management, and integration with bookstore systems.
The software must integrate with the institution’s existing Colleague system to facilitate student enrollment, manage grades, track attendance, and resolve scheduling conflicts for rooms and faculty. Additional requirements include support for preferred names, faculty payroll, and seamless integration with general ledger and project accounting. For bookstore integration, the platform should enable students to easily access and purchase required course materials.
Robust analytics features are required to facilitate data-driven academic scheduling and long-term course planning, including automated and manual schedule creation and mapping of student pathways. The platform must also offer a faculty availability scheduling module with secure authentication and email notifications for tracking availability changes. Faculty profile management should support comprehensive credential repositories, audit tracking, dashboard analytics, and course assignment risk analysis, serving as the system of record for all faculty data.
The contract duration is five years. Interested vendors should note that all questions related to the project must be submitted by January 26, 2026.
