DESCRIPTION


The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based mobile ticketing fare collection software solution. The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive mobile ticketing system, which includes a mobile ticketing application, a web-based administration platform, and all necessary backend systems, services, and communications. The system should support both fixed route and paratransit fare products, account management, trip reconciliation, and robust reporting features.

The scope of work includes the purchase and implementation of the mobile ticketing solution for fixed route and paratransit transit services. Vendors will be responsible for managing certification, release, and ongoing maintenance of mobile ticketing applications for each operating system's application store. The system must accommodate high volumes of users and fully comply with current ADA accessibility guidelines for both web and mobile platforms. The app should maintain compatibility with the latest versions of Google's Android and Apple’s iOS, and allow tickets to be stored both in the cloud and on devices to enable offline validation.

The contract will have a duration of three years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 25, 2026.
