DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based meeting management system as a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. The platform should offer robust agenda and meeting management functionalities and must be compatible with a Microsoft 365 organization, leveraging tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
The objective is to replace the existing agenda and meeting management systems with an integrated solution that effectively supports the workflows of councils, committees, and administrative staff. The new system should enhance transparency, streamline the preparation and archiving of agendas and minutes, ensure integration with existing web platforms, and provide a resilient, user-friendly public interface for both live and archived meetings.
