DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based mass emergency notification system. This solution will encompass all aspects required for a robust emergency notification setup, including software, engineering services, technical support, licensing, and training. The system must feature cloud hosting, inbound integrations, SMS and email notification capabilities, integration with phone systems, desktop alerting, and a mobile application for both Apple iOS and Android platforms.

Administration features must include granular permissions management, enabling user role-based access and support for custom targeted alerts to specific recipients and endpoints, including externally activated alerts. The system should offer configuration tools and templates for pre-configured messages, automated alerting workflows, real-time monitoring of all endpoints, and comprehensive reporting functions such as on-demand reports and complete alert history including delivery and failure statuses.

Vendors are also expected to provide application, hardware, and integration support for all deployed components, including 24/7 emergency issue reporting, around-the-clock multi-modal and on-demand training, as well as ad-hoc guidance and troubleshooting support for managers and administrators. The contract is scheduled to run for three years, and all queries regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 20, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on April 13, 2026.
