DESCRIPTION

A Connecticut district seeks a cloud-based system for managing library resources, textbooks, and other assets. The solution must support both district-wide and site-level operations, including features such as cataloging, circulation, inventory management, reporting, and integration with the district’s existing systems.

Key requirements include library management capabilities for cataloging, circulation, holds, fines, and reporting, with support for both physical and digital resources. The system should enable assignment and tracking of textbooks and instructional materials to students and staff, along with inventory management and loss reporting. The platform must be cloud-based, provide role-based access for students, staff, and administrators, integrate with the district’s student information system, and ensure secure authentication and data protection.

Vendors will be responsible for data migration from existing systems and initial configuration and setup. The contract period for this solution will be three years.
