The solution must provide dedicated sections for current, upcoming, and archived meetings, and facilitate integration with existing web infrastructures.
Voting functionality is essential, including a web-based system for recording and tracking votes on agenda items, supporting both bulk and individual voting operations. Public accessibility is also required; the platform must include a portal for searching records and subscribing to council-related documents, with email notifications that deliver links and PDF attachments of final materials. The contract will span three years, with an optional pre-bid conference scheduled for January 7, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP due by February 3, 2026.
