Cloud-Based Learning Portfolio Solution

A Virginia-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based learning portfolio solution designed for K–6 education. The platform must feature an intuitive and easily navigable interface that allows teachers to make comments and notes, organize content, and search materials efficiently. It should capture and store a variety of student work formats, including pictures, files, videos, links, and audio, ensuring comprehensive student portfolio management.

The solution must support multilingual communication and translation features, enabling parents and sponsors to effectively engage with and use the digital portfolio. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing four instructional modules and videos annually for the duration of the contract, totaling 1–2 contact hours per year. Additionally, the vendor must deliver a transition and data migration plan, including implementation, and offer a thorough description of all data assets, such as file types, schemas, metadata, and dependencies.

Integration with existing digital educational tools is essential, as resources must operate seamlessly within both the district's learning management system and Google Classroom, and comply with established learning tools interoperability standards.
