The organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed to facilitate internal staff onboarding, support compliance and mandatory training, enable ongoing professional learning and development, and allow for future growth into extended enterprise and external learning initiatives.
The LMS must include accessibility features to ensure an inclusive experience, as well as automation such as due-date and overdue reminders, escalation workflows with supervisor notifications, and the ability to automatically handle user creation, updates, status changes, and deactivation using records from BambooHR. The system should allow for management of staff on leave or archived employees without data loss, and provide options to add and manage external users not found in BambooHR. Administrators must be able to manually update employee training completion and generate real-time dashboards for staff tracking.
Key reporting features include exportable audit and compliance reports (e.g., CSV/Excel), scheduled reports by organizational unit or manager, and robust integration options with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Outlook/Calendar. Additional functionalities required include tutoring services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and role-based permissions.
