Proactive account management and embedded Help and Feedback links within the software are required to facilitate user assistance and responsiveness to client needs.
Comprehensive training and support are essential components of the service. The provider will deliver full training for current and new administrators, including topic-specific, customized training sessions, educational webinars, and full online access to training materials. Ongoing support will be available both during the initial implementation phase and throughout the subscription period, supporting the unlimited creation and revision of staff schedules.
