A county in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based IT management software to support IT service management for over 1,500 end users across various departments and external agencies. The solution should be robust and cloud-based, offering comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities and supporting the county's efforts to deliver, monitor, and improve IT support services in alignment with the ITIL framework.
The required software should feature a configurable self-service portal, integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Outlook, Teams, and Azure Active Directory/Single Sign-On), and open APIs or integration frameworks. Additional capabilities must include a customizable user interface, user authentication with auto-population, ticket visibility for users and managers, portal and Teams notifications, mobile access (preferred), full system audit logging, configurable workflows (such as onboarding, offboarding, and equipment requests), a user-accessible service catalog, comprehensive asset lifecycle tracking, asset-to-ticket/user association, detailed audit history, and multi-channel intake (email, portal, phone, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
The contract will be for a three-year term. All vendor questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2026.
