The SCDA in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a Microsoft-based cloud intranet solution to support its attorney, support, and investigative staff. As the organization transitions to an independent Microsoft 365 tenancy and Azure environment, the goal is to maximize adoption of Microsoft products through a tailored intranet platform.
The required solution must incorporate closed-system generative AI applications that comply with legal ethics standards. Direct integration with Microsoft 365 applications—such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Whiteboard—and workflows built in Power Automate or Power Apps is essential. The intranet should facilitate future enhancements, including Copilot, OCR, MS Dynamics, and other Azure-based AI solutions.
Additionally, the platform must seamlessly integrate with current robotic process automation (RPA) workflows and serve as a permissions-specific landing page for initiating automations. API integration with third-party cloud applications and RPA processes is also required, ensuring a cohesive digital ecosystem for the SCDA’s staff operations.
