The selected provider must develop a detailed migration plan outlining timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and rollback procedures.
The scope of work involves the execution of data and application migration to the cloud environment, implementing a solution with redundancy, monitoring, and failover capabilities. Application performance should be optimized for quicker updates and improved data processing. Automated failure detection and alerting mechanisms are to be integrated, with incident routing established to a 24x7 support desk and clear escalation procedures. The process includes cloud infrastructure setup and configuration, and completion of data and application migration tasks.
