The organization is seeking a vendor to deliver, implement, and support a unified, secure, and scalable cloud-based Innovation and Knowledge Platform. This platform will empower employee-driven innovation, strategic foresight, open innovation challenges, and knowledge reuse across its global operations. The selected solution must modernize and future-proof the organization's innovation infrastructure, following the expiration of its current UNICORN platform contract in late 2026.
Key requirements include AI-enabled knowledge access with permission-aware, cited answers and expertise discovery and routing, aiming to accelerate staff insights worldwide. The solution should support seamless migration from the existing innovation platform and integrate with core enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM and the Microsoft 365 suite (including Azure AD/Entra ID SSO, SCIM, Teams, SharePoint), as well as tools like Jira. Additionally, analytics and ROI dashboards are needed to demonstrate value through metrics such as participation, throughput, and outcomes.
The initial term will begin in September 2026 and span multiple years, requiring a market-leading approach to support ongoing innovation and knowledge sharing.
