The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Information Technology Financial Management (ITFM) system. The desired solution should offer capabilities such as the development of a service catalog for customer viewing and selection, comprehensive built-in reporting and dashboards, and advanced FinOps features for managing cloud expenses and billing. Additional requirements include asset, travel, and contract management modules, as well as tools for accurate cost allocation and support for multiple chargeback models, including direct, tiered, and allocation.
The system must accommodate automated notifications for travel events and contract alerts, enable time tracking analysis for rate development integration, and support modernized budgeting and planning efforts. Workflow tools for accounts payable, a secure public-facing API, and integration with Entra ID or Active Directory for authentication are also required. The solution should ensure encrypted data both at rest and in transit, and be tailored for use within state government environments.
