The organization seeks vendors to provide a modern, vendor-supported, cloud-based tool for individualized degree design. The solution must offer intuitive user experiences, high accessibility standards, robust reporting capabilities, and seamless system integration. It is crucial that the tool supports individualized degree design workflows in a secure, sustainable, and user-centered environment, with role-based access controls administered at the university level for students, administrators, advisors, and similar users.

Key requirements include customizable multi-step workflows, the ability to grant specific user roles field-level edit access, and options for users to personalize their experience (such as modifying font size, activating high-contrast or reading modes, and utilizing text-to-speech). The platform must support secure Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication using industry-standard protocols and enable comprehensive electronic notification management. Additionally, a responsive design accessible from mobile devices is preferred. The awarded contract is slated for a five-year term.
