Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based income verification software platform to support the effective administration of its income verification programs. The platform must improve and automate the verification process for applicants and participants, enhance data accuracy, and ensure ongoing compliance with HUD regulations.
Key functionalities include automated collection and verification of income data from sources such as employment records, benefits, and third–party providers or applicant-submitted documents. The solution must feature secure data handling through end-to-end encryption and secure storage, a comprehensive audit trail of all system activity, and robust user authentication with role-based access controls. Compatibility with existing Public Housing Authority (PHA) systems, such as Yardi, OnBase, and SharePoint, is required through API integration or data exports.
The platform should also offer flexible cloud-based deployment options, support for custom report generation detailing verification outcomes and compliance, and interactive dashboards summarizing verification status, pending actions, and key performance indicators. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 27, 2026.
