Cloud-Based Incident Management System

An organization in Arkansas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based incident management system for a one-year contract. The required solution must include robust incident management and root cause analysis capabilities, and support the extraction and transfer of all event data, reports, and uploads from the current incident management software to the new application, in alignment with the implementation of a new EHR system (Oracle).

The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and validation of all data migration processes to ensure accuracy, compatibility, and seamless integration with existing workflows and systems. Comprehensive documentation of the extraction and transfer process, including data mapping, validation methods, and troubleshooting procedures, is required.

The incident management software must offer high availability, with the ability to continue operating even if individual technology components fail, employing redundancy where feasible. The system should support a range of user roles, such as operators, administrators, and managers, and assign unique identifiers to each event for effective tracking. Additional features include document uploads (such as employee training materials or statements), and the ability to track and manage staff debriefings and event resolutions by date, location, participants, reporter, and event ID.
