The organization seeks a vendor to provide, install, and maintain a cloud-based human resources information system (HRIS) to support a range of core employee management functions and services. The HRIS solution should allow for right-sizing of technology and resources, reducing reliance on IT for routine system management tasks, and leveraging modern, cloud-based technologies to enable remote and mobile workforce capabilities.
The system must support accurate and audited data migration, improve reporting and data accessibility, and streamline or automate business processes related to human resources. Vendors are encouraged to address all aspects of implementation, maintenance, and system integration. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on March 5, 2026, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
