The desired solution should provide an integrated platform that addresses operational, technical, and compliance requirements for agencies, while streamlining and standardizing human resource processes across the board.
The platform must be delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution using a modern, secure architecture. It should offer a centralized data model, support real-time or near real-time data processing, and be accessible via standard web browsers. Mobile responsiveness or dedicated mobile accessibility is also required. The focus is on ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in all HR operations.
