SUMMARY

Seeking a vendor to provide and implement a cloud-based housing case management system for disaster recovery programs in the Virgin Islands.

DESCRIPTION

The government of the Virgin Islands is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and implement a secure, cloud-based Case Management System (CMS) to support disaster recovery programs. The new system will replace the current canopy platform, offering enhanced workflow management, improved productivity, and higher quality control. Preference will be given to solutions that leverage Microsoft-based technology.

The selected CMS must deliver comprehensive functionality for administering the Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (HRRP), the Rental Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (RRRP), and the Own a Lot Build a Home Program. The platform should feature a user-friendly interface, efficient user experience, and allow for adaptable development and integration to accommodate evolving program requirements.

Vendors will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the system, including configuration, data migration, training, and ongoing support. The case management software is intended to serve as the central repository for all program applicant information and documentation, with full life-cycle application processing. Integration with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and existing internal and external databases such as ClickUp and Kahua is required. The contract period is one year, and vendors are expected to participate in system implementation and long-term support activities.
